Kolmisilman Sydan, Meat Eyeball Boss>GLITCH

I approached Kolmisilman Sydan's arena unknowingly, I saw his HP bar and started firing homing meteors and saw his HP bar chip a little. He disappeared, I've found his arena which is not damaged and he is nowhere to be seen. I've searched the entire western meat realm and nothing (Meat Realm in the bottom right of Desert Chasm). I'm on latest update, and beta branch. It did say I may have some issues due to outdated game when I continued as well. Is there an official way to report something to Nolla Games about this?

I had the exact same problem just now. Arriving from Wizard's Den, ascended into meat realm. Saw the boss HP bar briefly, but never saw the boss. No idea where it is.

Why would you make a report on an outdated version of the game?

playing in august and the problem is still there. the boss vanishes

08/SEP/24, just encountering a similar issue. I'm at the boss arena in the Meat Realm, and no boss in sight. Searched the entire Meat Realm top to bottom, not even so much as the boss health bar showed anywhere, let alone actually seeing the boss. This isn't an outdated save file, the boss just never spawned. This is the second time this has happened, for me.

Major events in my save before I got close enough to load in the Meat Realm:
- I went to East World 1
- Turned Kolmisilma into a gourd
- Killed the Alchemist and opened the Coral Chest
- Dug into the End Room and picked up the golden Noita statue
- Visited close enough to hell to load in the Dark Chest room
- Used heart mages to get 69 (nice) thousand health

I approached the Meat Realm from the bottom after digging up and over through the Wizard's Den, in case that would matter at all.

I had a similar issue just recently I got a couple runs going and wanted to mark him on my progress but haven't been able to find him. On my first run I even went to parallel worlds looking but no luck.

I got a fix for you guys, at least for the newcomers.

It seems the boss de-spawns when you activate him and go invisible for a few seconds and he's out of your sight (probably out of the loaded part of the map).

I was running Invisibility perk and on Main world heard the boss fight music, saw the health bar when descending through edr, right of the biome, when I stopped my falling and went in calmly clearing my path, he was gone. I looked ALL OVER the biome and the area around it. Not knowing what happened I went to the 1st PW and the same happened, more or less. And 2nd PW the same again.

THE SOLUTION: I entered the 3rd PW Meat realm VERY FAST as soon as I saw his health bar, guns blazing, to avoid going invisible until I found him. Just went straight to him, avoiding invis, and not giving him the chance to go away.
