Spells not being unlocked despite collecting their orbs

I've been playing this game a long time now and very early before 1.0 released I collected all 11 orbs to unlock those spells and I don't exactly remember when but a big patch removed a lot of my progress seemingly at random and since then I've not seen specifically three spells which are : Tentacle, summon deercoy and Holy bomb
Not sure what is wrong at this point, tried searching the forums for help but found no similar problems
