Weird Fungus (Transformed) does not induce Hallucinations
I had quite some Fungal Shifts ongoing and shifted Weird Fungus into Gunpowder.
Luckily i founded something that shift into "Weird Fungus (Transformed)"
On the Screenshot you see that i ate quite a lot of it and got it stored in my bag. No Hallucinations or timer though.

Not exactly, some of those happened in one shift, for example :

all 3 of those happened in one shift.

I got a similar bug, after acid shifted to weird fungus then to lava :
Lava (transformed) did not intearct with water correctly (to make rock).

Possibly related, i also got a shift which transformed normal lava into rock.

I started another run and changed Vomit into Weird Fungus (transformed) but eating it causes me to become poisoned "Cause: Ingesting Acid (Transformed).
This suggests that the Weird Fungus (Transformed) did not work in the last run because it could have been something else internally which gives no food buff of any kind like f.e. water.

I am now sure of the cause :
If A is transformed into B, It'll work exactly like B UNLESS B is transformed (after or before) into something, in which case A doesn't work properly mimic B.

For example, if the shifts contain "acid to lava" and "lava to rock", acid transformed into lava can melt metal but not be changed into rock by water.
