Steam workshop stuck "downloading"
Not sure if this has been reported already or not. (Or even if this fits in the bug report section. I think it does?)

So when I start Noita, I get a screen that says 'Downloading workshop content, with 65/65 mods listed as downloaded and the download counter stuck at 0/0 Mb. In addition, when I go to the download bar in the steam library, the Noita workshop content appears to be unsure whether or not it wants to download, because it keeps jumping from the queue to the active download section; when I stopped it, steam said it was a completed download.
Not sure if this is an issue with steam or my computer or Noita.

I still have this issue two years later myself. Game still won't launch over it.

Have you tried simply unsubcribing from your mods? Noita > Workshop > Browse > Subscribed Items.

to anyone with this problem, uninstall all ur mods, then reinstall (worked for me, best option.)

Well ok, dunno then, (: try reseting cache https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/6AD7-820D-8BE5-E51F then un-then-redownload again. if not, can't help.
