Emerald Tablet doesn't spawn

In this run the Secretorum Hermetis, the Emerald Tablet found in the tree to the left of spawn , was missing. I hadn't even gone past the mines yet, and I don't know of anything that could despawn tablets, so I assume it just didn't spawn. Anyone know why or what might have happened to the tablet? The seed is 1924955254; here are screenshots.
