stuck on main menu screen Steam deck

For some reason, I get stuck on the main menu screen. The only button that does anything is the "pause" button which allows the menu highlight to appear, but it's then completely unresponsive.

I was able to get in the game by restarting the steamdeck, but unless I do so, it doesn't work.

its completely broken on steam deck even getting past the main menu bug you cannot map the right trigger to fire the wand its glitched making the game unplayable.

Damn... Wish they would fix this. I'm having the same issue. My buddy recommended the crap out of it and I was excited to try it.

Same, the problem started for me after switching vsync from adaptive to off.

Edit: Use "Steam" button + trackpad to navigate to the options then switch vsync back to adaptive. This fixed it for me, hope the devs patch this.
