High Alchemist in nightmare mode

Is there a High Alchemist and other bosses in nightmare mode?

I believe the only bosses are the pyramid boss, and the end boss.

In this case, my run on nighmare ng+28 33 orb will be more more difficult without infinite spells and multiplication spells. Yes, I did not open them because I decided to reset all progress and make everything from zero in a nightmare, also I now have 0 deaths(not counting the mandatory death to complete the game in normal mode) and 5 orbs with a good build, so I have every chance to make the perfect score. But there is a big problem, if the lack of health is compensated by carefully playing and hp restore in parallel worlds, then it’s simply impossible to kill a boss with a infinite amount of hp without powerful wands.
So what are my options?

In my regular mode 33 orb run, i managed to win without a wand capable of reasonably killing the final boss. I managed to complete the run because i stopped trying to kill the boss when there is no point in doing so, and more simply fled to the mountain altar to reach the ending.

Looks like it's the only way, but maybe because of this I might miss some secrets. The fact is that there is very little information about the nightmare mode and I don’t even know if it’s possible to collect 33 orbs here in NG+. But it also gives such interest to explore.
