Extremely poor Streaming via Discord and Steam

If I stream the game via Discord (doesn't matter if streaming application or monitor) my mate hear all the sounds but got about 1 frame per 2-10 seconds. Not as bad via Steam, but still not enjoyable, about 5-10 fps.
Tried some options changes in discord and in the game, but so far nothing really worked. Any idea where exactly we should start addressing this problem?

Get a better cpu, or use OBS to stream to twitch or youtube and use nvidia gpu encoder AV1.
If you mean streaming and not remote play.

Sorry for late reply, nah it's not the CPU, got ~25% usage during the game. But I found a fix:

And I don't have any idea why that works, but apparently it does.
