1. Backup your current save.
2. Start a new game.
3. Find the fire immunity perk, either normally or with a mod. There’s a workshop mod called “get a perk” that lets you pick any perk at the start of the game.
4. Open the player.xml file in the save folder and find the fire immunity perk in there. Ctrl + f “PROTECTION_FIRE” should do it.
5. Copy the entire XML element for that perk. It should be indented in your text editor, make sure that you copy everything and including <Entity> and </Entity> (I think that’s the tag name, but it’s pretty obvious once you open the file)
5. Delete that save, restore your backup.
6. Open the player.xml file and copy the fire immunity element into the perks section (where all the other perks are) of your old save.
Just to clarify do you mean this text specifically?

As a side note. There are several other perks also granting projectile resistance such as Revenge tentacles. Those should be ignored as you don't want go full hentai while close to The Sun. Sun isn't into that.
There is a built-in way to replace Oil Blood and similar "immunity with side effects" perks with their corresponding immunity perk. (Slime Blood doesn't apply, since there is no corresponding immunity perk.)
It's the Nullifying Altar! Using it would cause both Oil Blood and Fire Immunity to appear even if you only have the first, allowing you to leave Oil Blood behind. Same thing goes with other "immunity with side effects" perks.

(That information isn't exactly common knowledge, given that it is missing from the wiki.)
