dont know if starting a new game will fix it since i dont want to lose everything i did. new game + did not fix it though
Good luck getting them to acknowledge this as we can't even get volume III of the soundtrack released.
I'm in the same boat here. Noita used to run like a charm no matter how ridiculous the spell on screen but now, on certain run, I get the same frame drop, sound delays and just now, a CTD.
And just like OP, a restart fixes everything even if I do it in the middle of the slow down.
Yeah, I had zero issues before the latest patch, but I did hear of people having similar issues before. I also check task manager to verify resource usage and everything is well below what it should be for that kind of lag.
Same issue cropped up for me, sounds died out, then began playing a good 10 seconds after when they should have. No wand firing sounds either.
