Suomuhauki (dragon boss) bugged?

this boss will insta kill me if it bites me no matter how much hp i have. the only chance to beat it is to evade the bite attack or have melee immunity perk. is this mass bite damage per second intended or a bug? its seems broken op to me.

The dragon does something like 2k damage per second with its jaws, this is how it normally is and is the main threat. Don't get eaten.

Unsurprisingly, a dragon chomping your sad frail body is enough to kill you.

I only tackle the dragon if I have melee immunity, or a "touch of" spell for instant KO.
His drops aren't spectacular enough to warrant a potential run kill most of the time.

Or just dodge him. He's just a big stupid worm with slightly improved air control.
