I personally would like a new version that forces me to upgrade my system, costing me more on electric from using more power and heating my room up worse).

What I don't want to see is more thoughtful, amazing content updates to make an already-amazing game continue selling for years to come (eventually becoming a content-packed goliath like Terraria that's hard for other devs to "knock off" or dethrone)..

This game still has so much potential on its own. Until the devs have used up all, or at least most, of this game's potential, there's no need for a sequel (or even DLC imo).
