I see the map on the wiki is very complete (missing some things like nuke orb) but it hasn't been updated since 2021.....is there a more updated one somewhere? is someone working on it?

Nuke Orb will not spawn in NG parallel worlds. Thus, only 31 orbs can be collected. 10+11+10 .
In NG+ mode, the orbs spawn not in their places, but in an approximate radius. In each world, on the left, in the center and on the right. 11 orbits each. There are 33 orbs in total.

thanks, your map is better and has the new areas, but it is still missing things like the nuke orb isn't listed, and the fungal alter isn't shown, secret area west of fungal caverns has no tooltip, dark cave has no tip. ect ect

If you click on the Nightmare, you will see another site with better quality. But without signatures. Just the best quality. More detailed if you zoom in.
Other maps are also shown on this site [map.runfast.stream], for example from mods. (Apotheosis, Noitavania, Alternate Biomes, etc.)
