Progress lost.

Hey, I came back to game after ~month break and my progress gone. Any suggestions?

Other than spell unlocks no progress transfers between runs. Noita is a Roguelike so you retain nothing in your character's inventory between runs.

If you lost an in-progress run that's unfortunate but you really didn't lose much.

I mean my whole progress set to 0, e.g. 0% on spells, enemies and perks. Even "intro" when you first time playing game showing.

I've had backup with my sun quest run and restored everything but still don't understand why progress was reset.

because save00 was deleted

I'm having the same issue. Game was working fine, then I had a power outage and ever since then the game isn't saving any of my records.
