All you can really do is get good and lose less health. Also the blue orbs have hp increases too.
Every holy mountain (the shops in between areas) has a heal.
I totally agree with Rizz's recommendations
You can get worm blood easy by breaking the wriggling egg from the tree, killing the worm, and filling a flask. That will let you see in the dark area in the first zone where you can get a guaranteed heart. (Don't drink it till you bomb a hole in the bottom and drain the water)
You can often find heart breaker mages in the jungle. If you drag one near a heart+ and cover yourself in ambrosia, you can let him shoot you with as many heartbreak curses as you can get. Once you have as many as you can, grab the heart, and then kill the mage, and let the curses fall off. Once the curses end you will have a LOT more health. You can find more heartbreak mages later, but it can be harder to dig a path from the mage to a heart+ w/o having made an infinite cast black hole wand.
Try to learn the enemies on lower levels by going down faster. You will die this way, but you will also learn the enemies faster.
Never go to area without a plan how to retreat. Taking 1 enemy at time will give you time to think.
Take some time to explore how wands work, and what perks are good.
After each death, THINK what was the reason of your death, and how can you play around it in the future.
Also i'm free to help anybody do a proper Noita run if they are new, i've been playing for over 1.2k hours and I have most definitely LEARNED how to not die in Noita.
Not sure how I could help others though.. just attend a live stream of somebody playing? What could I do, i'm open to whatever. I have streamed Noita in the past but I don't really have a schedule...
Uhhhhhh, cough cough.
Anyway, Noita is a painfull game to play. You gotta take it SLOW. It is unbearably boring to play the same 3 lvls over and over again waiting for the RNG to be in your favor. Sometimes you simply will not get the things you need to progress. It's part of the game.
The trick is surviving as best you can until you do. Seek out wand drops. If you can't find any reasonable then move to the next area and pray there is a close one to the start.
If you don't get anything even remotely decent in the first 3 stages. STOP an restart. You will save yourself 100s of hours of repetitive and dull gameplay. Just ask all the people here that took 80-100 hours to beat it.
Do not discount the utility items/spells. For example, the raincloud spell is wonderful and should be used anytime anything anywhere you can see is on fire, or poison.
Use headphones and listen close.
Be patient. The world (Not all of it, but a pretty big area) around the player is in motion. If you wait long enough, all the BS that would explode you for no reason will explode before you get to it. Everything else has to be triggered by something the player does. (This can of course lead to NPCs picking up wands and causing havoc and whatnot, the good news is: About 70% of the wands those NPCs find will kill them, just as quickly as they will kill you, if used. Regardless, DO NOT toss away a deadly wand, just because it is deadly. It might be a great wand with a bit of tweaking at the next temple.
It's a hard game for sure. But not THAT hard. Mostly it's a grindstone. A shatty, unrewarding, repetitive, and dull grindstone.
GREAT, if your drunk and have nothing better to do. But really frustrating if you think too hard about it.
Good Luck!
EDIT: I wanted to make sure it's stressed. TAKE IT SLOW. Speed running this game is like speed running minecraft, you literally have to play thousands of games over and over and get the perfect RNG to speedrun.
To be at the top of the speedrun charts likely means you either have 10,000 hours, or cheated. Literally just like minecraft.
So take it slow, the point isn't to be fast. Also that's why you restart if you have to. You can spend 4 hours on a failing run that could have been cut at the 1 hour point.
Uhhh, if you don't have any tips to give then your only reason to post here was to sht on the 5 min guy.
Trying to rep, and gain watcher on whatever failing streams you have is not a tip. It's trying to manipulate people into benefiting you. You could easily type out some basic help information if you have any information on this game. You do, since you stream.
But instead your sitting here withholding that information unless they watch your stream. Scummy.
