Can you let us scoop gun powder into vials?

I just had the idea to let us scoop gun powder in vials and when the vial is filled at about 70%, it blows up like a regular bomb when it hits fire and you can use the 30% to spray a trail of gun powder to ignite. It just sounds like a fun idea!

You *can* get vials of gunpowder, I've seen a couple spawn before and they're pretty fun as kind of makeshift drills. I'd be behind the idea. That said, you can also get bottles of acid, fire, and lava, which are all also kind of difficult to shove in a bottle safely, so maybe its just one of those things you need to just luck on to.
