Green alchemy book? spoilers

So I get the book run to the desert to mushroom block.. Says shroom then down down.. straight down a ways is a stone circle, inside a pile of fungi.. I ate it. went back up nothing..

So i went to the green dot with the mountain sense, found gourd seeds hidden in the grass shrubs. So i took two went back to mushroom stone, used one nothing.. ate fungi first too. then i went back down to stone with fungi below the mushroom stone. Used one there but this time only a speck of fungi was left cuz i had eaten it... Nothing.. Help me attain this mysterious power the book mentions plz. I dont want to wiki cuz I dont want to over do it.

However its doubtful ill find out on my own.. Please send help, your my last hope obi..

I do see a mural on the wall in the stone, looks like the snow capped mountain and maybe a portal to the west of it?

I'm not sure what you are talking about, a screenshot could help. Are you talking about a giant stone mushroom?



If so, you're supposed to eat enough weird fungus(or other material that gives the same effect) to get at least 180s of the effect it gives you.
