Where's the save file at?

I've got a run that is virtually over, I stopped just short of Completing The Work to explore the world. Now I'd like to start a new run, but I'd like to backup this run so I can get the euphoria of cutting through extremely dense rock with a lightsaber again in the future.

Is there a way to backup a save outside of getting a mod?

If you go to "AppData\LocalLow\Nolla_Games_Noita" you can find the folder "save00".

Just copy that folder somewhere, and if you ever want to replay it, just load it back in.

oh found it , its on this location .local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/881100/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/LocalLow/Nolla_Games_Noita/save00

%appdata%\..\LocalLow\Nolla_Games_Noita\ is not the same as AppData\LocalLow\Nolla_Games_Noita. The second one doesn't work as you type it into the file explorer. The first one does. Personally I couldn't find it manually.
