Found orbs should give the +HP to all subsequent runs
Rounding up all the orbs you've collected before on a new run is a boring time sink. But if you don't do it you're disadvantaging your run. If orbs could just apply the +HP to all future runs then you could just get on with it when you start a game.

Alternatively, they could be added to the heal + minor health buff you get at the holy mountain on the 'level' the orb exists in. That way you would still have to progress to harder areas to get the health, but you wouldn't have to trudge around retracing steps to do it.

With the ways how you can have a potential breaking run, that would WAAAAAY to OP. I imagine what you collected many orbs and you start run with, let's say, 19k health.

I haven't seen the entire game yet, but how would you end up with that much health? The orbs give me +25 max HP each. Even if I had collected all 11 that would only mean runs started at 375

but as you said, in future runs, it should be added per each run. So, max possible orb you can collect per run I do believe is 33 (It will make boss health around Quadrillion), so 33*25 = 825. If you manage to get each run like this. after 10 runs it would be 8350 (825*10+100). I don't think it would be correct to make for all future runs having this amount.

Or did I got you wrong?

It wouldn't stack from re-collecting already discovered orbs. Once you collected an orb for the first time you'd get the +25HP and that would be it.
But I think it's still quiet wrong to put 925 potential health at the start.

This actually sounds pretty good, though I think it would need some tweaking. Also it should be optional if something like this was to be implemented.
There are 11 orbs of true knowledge in the world, i think every one giving +10 to max hp would be good, but only if run was complete with all of them. So +110hp for all subsequent runs. Not much, but will help.

There is secret stuff too, but i think it should not be included, or you could go up to thousands hp. Getting 11 orbs and killing boss is a challenge in itself.
