I might have made nearly the most overpowered wand possible. *Spoilers*

"Nearly" because I need to find a Piercing Shot spell before I can put it on a wand with better stats, though it's still pretty bonkers as-is.

To sum up, it's a wand that SAFELY casts a magic arrow with Touch of Midas, which I'm almost entirely unable to kill myself with, but which one-shots literally any entity in the game, counts as a trick kill for Trick Blood Money, and converts any material at the point of impact into gold. For some reason, the Infinite Spells perk works on Touch of Midas, so I can cast it forever.

Most of the spells on the wand are there to make sure that Touch of Midas never triggers within a minimum safe distance (the range of the Luminous Drill with Timer.) I think I could still instakill myself by the magic arrow being deflected by a shield or gravity well or something, but it seems to be entirely safe for normal use.

All obtained legit, no mods other than the official class mod. I wouldn't be surprised if Touch of Midas gets nerfed to be unaffected by Infinite Spells at some point.
