2. I just want to put it on a USB stick and run it without steam.
if you want to run it without steam (offline mode is garbage and unreliable) you'll have to buy noita again off of gog
That's not true. You don't need Steam Running or even Installed to play the game.
You can literally copy and paste it on an USB Drive and play it on another PC. The achievements and hours won't sync and no workshop mods, only custom ones, but that's it,
i stand corrected then, thanks for the heads up
as someone who has purchased all of their games, there are several reasons to pirate a game. steam doesn't let you launch multiple copies of a game, so if you want to launch a dedicated server and also join it, you need to pirate the game.
if you have a disc copy of a game but want to run it without the disc, you need to pirate the game.
people who pirate just because they wont spend money can increase popularity of the game and result in sales.
the pirates who ♥♥♥♥ everyone over are the ones that use it to cheat in multiplayer. ♥♥♥♥ those guys and all their banned accounts.
Don't know if this is true for every game on steam, but usually you can launch multiple copies if you just navigate to the game's local files and use the exe.
