Worms are cancer

My problem with the worms, more specifically, is that they stun lock you and then you're dead. The big ones will trap you and every time you try to fly away you get damaged causing you to plummet back toward the ground. I'm not a fan.

They have a big weakness, that they can only travel through earth, at most they can jump up to you if they get enough of a run up. So if you know there's one nearby (you can see the tunnels they form so you should get some warning) you try to find open areas you can retreat to if you actually encounter them. Then you just need to time recharging your levitation power with them retreating underground, listen for the sound they make when they're getting close so you know when to jump away, and spam death from above when they're at the surface.

One more thing: worm blood allows you to see in darkness (like the dark cave) and through walls.

You need to be able to counter them before you try taking one on. I bet every Terraria player knows how to deal with them. You need either piercing or AoE weapons to kill one. If you can't counter it or confidently deal enough to them then just relocate.

They are pretty easy once you get used to them. only the dragon is a problem. (and the ocasional surprise buttrape from above while on low hp). I dont even have a problem with the big green ones with projectiles (think those are from a mod)

Yeah they should be removed. I was wandering 1st level and was stun locked with just starter wands. They are just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and give you nothing of value. They could at least drop gold since they are more OP than the guardian.

They're not useless, you can consume their blood to get a status effect which reveals the entire screen at once . And they're not hard to avoid, but that differs from biome to biome.

That is literally next to useless. I only really care about god wands and good perks. At least big worms sometimes drop health orbs. (i think)???

worms arn't that bad sit on the roof and unlike terraria worms these worms dont fu##ing fly so you can shoot them until they finally die then drink their worm blood to get a nice LCD effect for like 3 minutes

cant you use worm blood to take off any stain on yourself? Kinda useless but useful with some perks if im not wrong.
