i found a flask with sima, does anybody know what it is?

Sometimes when you continue an old save through a minor version fix it messes with the flask type IDs for some reason, and you get back-end potions that don't show up as normal spawns.

It's a beverage IRL, you can drink it, but it doesn't really do anything unless it ends up being in one of the random recipes.
