Healing plants or mushroom
I would really love to see that in this game. It would feel so satisfying if I suddenly found a location with for example healing moss and give new hope to explore further.

I would love the game to have random rooms rarely spawn around maps which contain like a giant cauldron... then you have to pour some water in it & light underneath of it with fire to get it boiling.

That would allow you to cook plans/mushrooms into healing salves/potions or something like that.

Would be a nice addition.

That is true. Then you would be able to stack up healing potions that you prepared in advance. The current struggle I have right now is not being able to heal myself when I'm almost dead. So instead of just restarting the game, I would like the option to be able to scan the environment and find organic material with healing properties. So that would give the player a new focus in exploration to heal and survive.

i agree with this so much, right now the only healing i've ever gotten was the refill between levels it's just so rare

well there is already a potion room that has 4 shelves with 4 different potions on each shelf only thing is that it rarely spawns and when it does the potions are sometimes broken when you get there because of enemies fighting each other nearby.

But yes more different rooms like this that could spawn would be cool.

A blood altar room would be cool, if you fill up this container in the altar with enough blood you get a reward like some gold or a wand.

Noita really does need a form of healing, considering how punishing the game is simply due to RNG, let alone the hit-stun.

I mean, how could something so simple (and prevalent in other games in the genre) have been over-looked is beyond me.

the only form of healing mid run we have is either drinking blood with the vampisim perk which you don't gain a lot of health from and using the healing potion which is very rare to find.

I'm not sure if there is spells that heal you because i've only managed to get as far as level 4.

I honestly don't think it would be too strong or too weak if eating corpses by default gave you some HP. I'm thinking about 5 HP would be good. It would reward the player for killing things beyond just money, too, and would reward exploring levels even longer. Problems arise of course when corpses fall into fire, explosions and such but often it can be avoided. I don't see an issue with something like this being added honestly.

baah, yes. the game is awesome - but it definitely needs some general minor healing potion or something like that.

The only heals I've found are;
-Holy Mountain full regens
-Vampirism heals off blood and corpses, albeit only a meagre amount
-There's a single full regen hidden in one of the dark flooded caves to the west of Collapsed Mines, with a +Max HP powerup (does require a Torch wand to see, plus either judicious drinking of water or some other sort of liquid removal)
-I believe I've seen *one* healing potion at some point, not 100% sure though
-There is a Healing Projectile spell, 20 uses. Difficult to use though as you seem to need room to let it drop onto you (it doesn't heal you from splash damage like how the Essence of Light perk harms you)

There does exist a healing potion, but it's incredibly rare to find. There are also two healing spells, 1 doesn't heal the caster though so it's useless and the other creates a healing circle. It might interest you guys to know that the game actually does have an alchemy system to make new potions and people have found a healing solution that was made accidentally by the alchemist enemy spamming potions. No one is quite sure how it works yet but so far people have found the healing solution and a gold solution randomly.

Find some chilly water. The best source of this is in level three, probably where you'll need it. Kill an enemy nearby and kick their corpse into the water, shoot the corpse to get some blood flowing. Mix it a bit with your body, then let the corpse decompose.

There you are. Living Concoction, free for you.

Alchemy is not an exact science, though, all we know for sure is that blood, water, and a corpse is involved. No one's really sure how any of it works, even the recipes I've collected don't seem to always work.

That's a really fun idea, rather have it already heated just incase you aren't carrying anything to light it with. Or allow us to store lanterns in inventory to use later. I would like a simple alchemy thing in the game as long as it doesn't take too much away from the vision of the game.
