Report a translation problem
A) You don't use any until you've reached maniac difficulty, meaning you beat chapter 0. The characters will come at level 60 and have at least 60% of their skill tree unlocked for easier completion
B) This won't apply to you, but for anyone else that's starting the game: Pick your DPS as soon as you can, and cagliostro at level 35 (She will have all her support skills unlocked by then) that way you can have your captain as a Support Tank, Cagliostro as a pure Support, your DPS of choice and a free slot to use any character you like from the starting roster. I used Rakham until I unlocked dragonboy. Then I never looked back, he's OP
Save mastery points. Less grinding. Also the crew doesn't quite level up with you if you do online play, which you will be doing, a lot.
Also pretty sure you get better levelled starting weapons which saves you money, resources, etc. Basically, there is a reason to be lazy. Take it.
