UDP ports 3478, 4379, and 4380?

I just cant enter or even find others' rooms, even if my friend had sent me a couple of invitations. Every time I got stuck by this message "connection timeout. Corporate firewalls can block, ensure UDP ports 3478, 4379, and 4380 are open in an outbound direction."

please, I am NOT an IT professor so i really don't know what is "UDP". both me and my friend had turned off all the firewall but we still failed. What's the point of installing this game if i cant even play with my friends online??
