Pummel Party is a dead game?

Are we expecting any updates anytime soon? OR this game is just another lost cause?

I really don't know what happens to some developers. They just stop communicating. Instead of coming and telling the truth about the game's situation. If they dropped the game, dare they update, release a dlc. It seems like they haven't said anything about the game in years. I even got discouraged. At first they responded and would appreciate any feedback.

A game with a lot of potential. But the company abandoned the game. I hope they release a version 2 in the future with everything new at least.

Basically it seems the game is what it is. At this point it is pretty fun for a local/online pvp session with friends, but it really doesn't seem it will get any updates or dlcs. It is kind of sad because it has so much potential, also a playerbase of 1500+ people. So dead - no, no more updates - sadly yeah.

Steam Workshop would breathe the life this game requires....if the devs are no longer active on this title then open it up for workshop content.

extremely dead. can never find anybody to play with. post on forums left and right. i get like 1 or 2 hits and then by the time i actually come around to finding enough people days even weeks later the originals are gone

I don't think this game is dead. I go in and have fun with my friends. I think the game is still good.

i just started playing and i love it. The only problem is, i dont know how certain minigames work and look for instructions, even on youtube, nothing. oh well, i suppose i can deactivate the games that confuse me, lol

Its a dead game to try to play with randoms yes. Afks, leavers, Hosts that afk at the game lobby while people come and go. Gotta play with friends and communities.

Not to mention half the hosts are too retarded to put their games on private for them and their friends. You join lobbies just to get insta kicked.

Sorry, but that game isnt ment to be played with randoms if first place. Its really all about everyone being on TS or Discord, communication is the key. Same as Among US - it just isnt fun to play with some randoms, you really need a group of people you know, to fully enjoy that game. As psyhological element is real in both of them.
