Is this playable with smartphones as controllers?

I only found another discussion where the OP asked if it was possible to play with a tablet, but never answered back when asked to elaborate his question, so here I am:
I'd like to play with three other friends locally on the TV (with steam link) but I only have two steam controllers and a keyboard+mouse, is there an in-game function that allows the fourth player to use his phone (android) as a controller?

I don't believe the game has the built in functionality to do what you want. But you "may" be able to emulate a controller using a smartphone and play that way. There are a number of apps to do it using either bluetooth or wifi like nJoy. I did have a link to it but Steam flagged it as malicious.

nJoy doesn't work because it just emulates keystrokes. But Droidjoy from f.grill160 does! And it lets you use up to 4 mobile devices as xinput gampad controllers. Remember to set your network connection as private - or just disable your firewall temporarily.

So Droidjoy lets me play, yes. But i cant manage the controlls, do i have to use the pay option of droidjoy to play pummel party? can only move and jump. No shooting or action.
