This game is full of Admin Abuse (stay away)
I've been playing warrock for over a decade now. I've played through the K2, Gamersfirst, and the nexon ownership days. I must say out of all the different owners of warrock Papaya play is by far the worst. Recently I was muted in game (first time in 10+ years of playing), which of course surprised me. So I went ahead and contacted the Warrock support over at Papaya Play wanting to know my reasoning for the mute. Just as I expected they gave a generic excuse saying that I had insulted someone. I asked for proof of the alleged incident. I guess asking for proof is against papaya rules. Instead of providing the proof, they went ahead an added 7 more days (10,000 hours) to my mute time. This right here proves how cowardly the admins are over at papaya. It shows that they have more interest in flexing there power then to truly admin the game the correct way. My advice to anyone looking to start playing the game is DON'T. Papaya play was bad enough with there false promises but then they add in the admin abuse. It simply makes it not worth playing the game or wasting any kind of money on it. Take the advice of an old vet and stay away. Spend that money on something better, a lot better. ( I have proof and documentation of everything I just stated. If you would like to see such proof, please feel free to message me)

Of course admins are going to mute anyone just to flex on us normal peons, that's obvious /s

We would appreciate it if you didn't spread false information or try to mislead other community members.

You state that you have been playing the game for over a decade now. You are most likely aware then that previous publishers, including ourself, do not provide the evidence from reports to users as this can lead to hostility between players and is can lead to potential security issues (depending on the content of the report, i.e. if it was a ban for cheating).

Previous publishers have banned users for insulting other players. We also followed suit when we first took over the game, however, we soon realized that there was a better alternative which is why we switched to muting players. By banning users for insulting others does not only punish the user that insulted but in the end it also hurts the rest of the community as a whole as there are less active players online at any given moment. This is why we decided to be the first publisher to introduce a muting function for players that insult others.

All of the bans and mutes that our HGM team gives out is double checked by our LGM team. If you ever feel as if you have been treated unjustly, we encourage you to submit a ticket and we will further investigate. You can also indicate in your ticket title that you specifically want a LGM to look over the issue at hand and we will personally review your case.

Hopefully this clears some things up.

You are just a toxic little kid with issues. You insulted someone ane I’m 100% sure of It. There would be no reason for them to add more days If you didn’t behave in a appropiate manner.

he has proof. so one of you is not telling the truth. i suggest the proof be linked up to this thread via imgr or another image sharing site so we can all see and put the admin in his place, if what this dude is saying is true.

There is no admin abuse in this game. It´s sad but this game got some kids which should be removed from the game.
