Hey guys! This is a small but free content update adding a new companion for everyone to enjoy!

This update is to honor a family dog that passed away yesterday. His name was Ares, he was only 8.5 years old and suffered from cancer. He was a German Shepard and an absolutely awesome dog with a lot of personality. He's no longer here with us, but he's no longer in any pain. Now, he'll be immortalized in the game.

Update 2.6.2 Change Log:
-Fixed a typo I found while working on this
-Added Ares warhound companion (He's in Neerford)
-Added Carefree trait (Ares - +1% Spirit regen, +5% Vigor recovery)

Lawless Lands

Unable to find Gothic VL font error, game won't load

Since I installed this game on Windows 11 and got the DLC recently, I keep getting an error saying it can't find the Gothic VL font, and the game won't start. Online forums some people say to install the RPGmaker website's runtime files to fix this, but do I really need to download that just to play the game? It worked fine before on Windows 10. I also checked and have the right files in the game's "font" folder. Game stopper bug; can anyone help?...

Resolution switching (F6) isn't working

I like to record game footage, and I found out the hard way with Waste Walkers that RPGMaker games don't like to be recorded at decent resolutions. With Waste Walkers I was able to go windowed and change the resolution and record a bit of footage of what remained of my playthrough like that, and I took this lesson with me to Lawless Lands, trying to configure the window ahead of time. The problem is, the resolution refuses to change in either fullscreen or windowed mode, and going to windowed mode looks.....

Hey everyone! Here's another community update!

As requested, here is a handler for importing custom face images for the Second Soul DLC character. You activate it the same exact way as the main character, but now you can choose between the two for who you want to activate a custom face for.

Update 2.6.1. Changelog:

Changes & Additions:
-Added handling for second soul character custom face importing

The update will be live shortly.
