Steam Achievements Please A turn off not having them for both players and buyers

I buy many bundles so when I was checking my older IG bundles I realized I did not use the key for this game, so revealed it at the weekend and it was a duplicate. IG support usually fast, but they not answered since this Monday, so I thought I'll ask it here, anyone else experienced this? As the game still profiles feature limited and developers for these kinds of games can't request many keys from Valve, isn't it possible that the developer sold unused, but previously once already sold keys? Not saying ...

So I've been playing through this game twice to see if I can get enough points to unluck the most expensive weapons. However I only get around 130 points to spend on new weapons even if I save them up until the end. Is there any way I could get more weapon points so I can try out the other weapons available in the game?...

we will have any updates or game modes? it says the game is not "done yet" so i was curious
