Sorry for the late reply. Steam does not notify me when a post is made here. So, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Green and blue stars are available in some special levels and not on the first map. Actually, the situation varies with the locations you choose. You can find blue and green stars either in "Space Void" or "Christmas" level. Good Luck!
