I would reverse the sprint and make you sprint by default and hold shift to walk, there's no real reason you should have to hold the shift button down the entire time you're playing this game. It's just a recipe for RSI. Fun game though.

It's a fun little game, but it's not an aim trainer, the input/mouse response is 2 sluggish for it to be used as anything other than a challenge game. Still fun enough though if you like shooting stuff.
