Stuck at initial startup screen

I'm seeing a lot of people stuck at the initial startup but I haven't seen any fixes. Is there a fix? I'm using Quest 2. I can't move or click on the initial startup screen for the graphics choice.

FIX - I got an email back from the developer and it worked: "Please before launching the game go to your Steam library, right click on Zero Caliber and uncheck Steam Cloud. After this please launch the game, open Steam menu ingame, go to manage bindings and set it to default."

they added me on steam and are trying to help, told me to take a screenshot of steam vr settings so i did, said theyll get back to me within a day or something

Havent gotten a response still, i just sent a refund application thing

It took 2 days to hear back, but we also just had a holiday weekend. They sent me that message and said if it didn’t work to email them back, so hopefully you’ll hear something soon, but we do have another holiday coming up….

I'm on Index. I deleted save folder, disabled cloud, and tried many different configs including default. Game is still broken. Emailed devs but they have left me on read.

im on index headset and vive wands and broken. no reply to email. will wait a week then request refund

I have same problem - Press Start but nothing to do, i cant move and do anything . Oculus Quest 2 Link and VD !!

Darn. Did you email them? I would email a couple times if you don't hear back.
