Progress reset need help

I log onto the game to play some missions and i go into the armory and all my guns are marked as not bought and i go to the mission screen and all my missions are marked as not completed. i have reset the game like 4 times and nothing has changed. Im extremely angry right now and i need help.

Do you still have this issue?
There wasn't any progress reset recently, so unless you manually tinkered with the save files, there shouldn't be any progression resets.

I also have a similar prob just switched pcs for VR and none of the guns I bought are there but my friend says that my rank is the same above my head but it's private 2 in the armory
