Dead or Alive?

So is it really as dead as Steam Charts indicate or are there more people playing through an outside launcher? It's F2P so I'm curious to check it out to see for myself regardless of reviews but if it's pretty much dead I don't see much point in investing the time. How do those of you who play find the server population?

This game is dead.

Why it´s dead?

Because it´s playerbase is minuscule when compared to the average successful MMO.
MMORPG means ----> MASSIVELY MULTIPLAYER <----

Is the community of Revelation even CLOSE to being describable as MASSIVE?
No, not even as a joke, not even in it´s best day.

And the community is not growing, in fact, it´s bleeding players, slowly, but bleeding them.

Therefore, it´s a failure, and therefore it´s dead.


That does not mean you cannot enjoy it or that you should quit if you love it.
I personally still play a very old 2000 MMORPG that today only has 50 players, for fun.

Noone is judging you for loving Revelation.
But do not be blind to the reality of the situation.

Hello

Most of the RO players are playing through the official My.games game center (My.games is the publisher). Steam charts only show Steam players, the game was launched on Steam more than a year after it launched through My.games.

The game is still alive, there are some active guilds that can help you on each server (EU or NA) as a new player.

as gladia said most ppl like me dont play with steam launcher (useless and buggy) so happy there is still player everywhere.. but in this game i dont really like quest system..... worst ever....
