Excessive bloom (lighting)?

I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing this or has had these issues. I've tested the alpha on and off for a little while now, and I don't remember the bloom lighting or, perhaps volumetric lighting, ever being this bad.

The entire image looks extremely washed out and very over-exposed, (lighting/camera-wise).

It gives that "oil smeared on camera lens" feeling, or like it's a -very- hazy atmosphere.

Is this a settings problem, or maybe that's just how the engine handles daylight?

Even the nvgs look like ♥♥♥♥ with this much bloom and dirty look

Yeah I am seeing this as well it's kinda hurting my eyes a bit
