Game runs like a slug

My PC is fine I can run a lot of other games like total warhammer 3. I run mmo's like final fantasy 14. But this flash looking mobile-sque game always ran crappy - crashed a lot for no reason and ran very poorly for also no reason (20-40 frames which is awful for a game like this). I verified my cache but nothing helped. Since Epoch 1 on the newest server went to Epoch 2 the game has been running like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ - 3 to 7 frames most of the time. I tried turning off tooltips and shadows and performance stays ...
