New Update, Now the Performance is................

ON FIRE. DAMN, DX12 2560x1440p all max out everything ultra/high, max, no ray tracing because I'm using a AMD GPU. But damn, this game runs flawless now, not that it didn't run good before the patch, but plays even more smoother now.

Raytracing works on AMD GPU it's not Nvidia exclusive.

Raytracing is maxed out on my RX 7800 XT and I have 40-50 FPS on 3440x1440 resolution...

Yea, i got a 7900 XT, same resolution and I can also max out Raytracing, but I prefer it on high because I think it looks the same as Ultra

Sorry guys, I'm using a Radeon Pro VII 16GB Workstation GPU, no raytracing.

Damn no kidding? I experienced the opposite, unfortunately. Was running at max settings w/ ray tracing on before the update without a single hitch, now its just constant stutters every other second no matter what settings i'm using, they're LONG stutters too that hang for like 2-3 whole seconds sometimes. It sucks big time man, tried troubleshooting for 5 hours straight, nothing helps and this is the only game that runs like this for me now, oh well... RTX 4090/Ryzen 9 7900X3D so my system is more than capable of running it. But I'm glad it's working for you guys. If anyone has any tips, that'd be very much appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion man, i ended up disabling it, but same results sadly. I don't think there is anything that can fix this issue except for the devs. Something got messed up with this update 100% - I realize it doesn't affect everybody, but I had zero issues before installing this patch.

Max graphics settings have increased, the highest was "High" before, but it's now "Ultra". There's a lot of more expensive stuff. Also there's now Post Process quality, that was previously fixed at medium, that affects performance, so try lowering that to medium.
And don't go ultra RT.

I do appreciate you trying to help but I'm way ahead of ya' on that one, already tried lowering all settings to the lowest they will go. No difference, massive stutters regardless of graphics settings, even on an RTX 4090 which is just downright ridiculous to be getting this kind of performance. The update definitely messed up something for me, it was 100% fine before installing the patch. Clean install doesn't help either, I think i'm just screwed out of playing this game for now. Gotta shelf it until another update comes out.. but I don't see that happening anytime soon. All i can do is cross my fingers for now lol. Thanks again for trying to help.

Installed on my new PC with a 4070ti super and did the additional quest and claimed my outfits, game runs well and looks good for my non 4090 or 50 series and all I did was get a win11 feature and activated it. I started playing this game on my old Alienware R8 with a gtx 1660ti, later on a 3080 and now my 4070ti super and it's working well, I may even try some arcade modes once I get back into the Director role

My RX 6800 XT temp is getting crazy reaching ~110ºC during conversations.
Even with the FPS capped at 90.
Game used to run cooler...
I didn't like that!
