Speaking of which, Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth and Gaiden both got updates today, and of course there's zero patch notes. RE4 remake also was updated recently, and all Capcom said was "various bug fixes", same with the 2015 released RE1 remake after that game wasn't updated for almost 5 years.
They're actually quite good at communicating with their players, and the most likely scenario is that this was a quick patch (what, 140mb?) for something very specific and rare, and they didn't see the need to broadcast it. They'll probably drop another update before long, too, since they appear to be ramping up production on C2 -- and anything that slows down the development of that game must be eliminated!
Minor graphical fixes.
Hopefully, they will provide the patch notes here soon.
By exactly your logic, why are they bothering spending time on a game that hasn't seen updates in YEARS, when "they appear to be ramping up production on C2" and "anything that slows down the development of that game must be eliminated!" Why are they spending any time working on Control? If two is so important (and hasn't been updated AT ALL ) then why is time, money, and man power being spent on this... especially without a quick (seriously they made a social media post with no real information, a day late I might add), they could at least copy-paste patch notes around the actual platforms where the updates are happening. It would've taken less time for the update team to have made an actual post about the updates, even with details, than it did sending an email to the Social team "Yo, the update's ready. Just did some minor work, it's fine."
Edit: also... just looked at the post again... they even typo'd it... so yes.. they really could've done better.
They owe me full control of language settings, locking the hiss language to system language is so unbelievably stupid, i mean what kind of disfunctional human tampon came up this?
Insulted everyone? I only insulted the genius that locked language settings to system language, please read before getting offended.
