What are the optimal graphics settings for Control (with March update) for the RTX 2070 Super?

My configuration:
Video card: KFA2 GeForce RTX 2070 Super
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 OEM
Storage: Samsung Samsung 980 PRO SSD
PSU: Cougar STX 700W [CGR ST-700]
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B450M S2H
Nvidia driver: 572.83

Perhaps someone else has the same build. What settings have you selected? Target resolution is 1440p.
