Game breaking bug at the quarry

I cleansed the control point before the black rock quarry and left the game, when i came back the next day the entrance that opened is now closed and the checkpoint is claimed so i'm honestly stuck. after googling i realized it happened to multiple people over the years. any solution? do you think i'll be able to get a refund after so many hours? i literally cant progress without restarting the game from 0

Start by verifying the game file integrity before loading back in to see if it's fixed. If not, you should just be able to teleport to the control point since you cleansed it. If not, yes the restart will be annoying but you can rush through to that bit in the game by changing the difficulty settings to make you invincible and let you one-shot enemies. Assuming you skip all the cutscenes etc, shouldn't take you more than an hour or two at most.

I found a way. It's not a bug.
You have to shoot at the 2 red things at the junction to black rock prozessing. After that the way is free. :)
