How to leave the Astral Plane?
Every now and again, the game puts you into these challenges (tutorials?) to get an extra ability.
I am stuck trying to do it.
Is there a way to escape this place without completing the challenge?

It requires me to dash through stomping walls using "evade", and I just can't do it well enough to finish.
It keeps sending me back to the beginning, and I can't even tell what I did wrong.
