Traffic Light Glitch

Hi folks. I've been running through finding the Altered Items for Langston and ran into a weird glitch in the Panopticon. When I go into the Traffic Light room, I see the light, but the entire room is empty - there are no floors, no walls, and Jesse just clips right through the floor and dies. I've tried dying to refresh the area, loading the previous mission from the main menu, fast traveling to other parts of the map, verifying my game cache, and even playing on another device, but every time I go to this room, it doesn't render and I just fall through the map.

Anyone run into this issue and have any advice? I found a thread on reddit of someone with a similar issue, but they weren't sure how they fixed it.

SOLUTION: I figured out how to fix it after a couple of hours of tinkering. If you're running into this issue where the Traffic Light room isn't rendering and you're falling through the floor, go to the 3rd floor in the Panopticon (the floor directly underneath the floor with the Traffic Light) and run against the Altered Item cells there - push Jesse up against the glass. Then levitate back up to the 4th floor and the Traffic Light room should be rendered. I'm guessing running against the rooms on the 3rd floor somehow forces the 4th floor to render off-screen.
