Polaris game breaking bug

these developers that leave games with serious bugs should be boycotted!
there are so many bugs and some prevent you from continuing like Polaris.
if you die, then the elevators don't work anymore so you cannot get back up to continue.
already tried reseting mission and died again. such a stupid waste of time.
