AWE DLC quest progression bugged

[Haitians Ate My Cat]

**POSSIBLE SPOILERS**
I activated the lights in Eagle Limited AWE and FRA MAURO AWE to defeat Hartman and the quest still wants me to turn the lights on in FRA MAURO AWE. When I go back into the room nothing happens. I tried doing another quest. exited the game, and even redownloading it. I can't progress in the story and I am completely stuck. Is there some sort of workaround I can try or am I just screwed?

Are you sure you turned them on? Did you see the animation of him being lit up and running away? What does the quest log say?

Yeah, I saw the animation. Now it just says the name of the quest
" The Third Thing "
Then under it "Activate the lights to defeat Hartman".
Then under than "investigation / FRA MAURO AWE".

Yeah, I completed that right after turning the lights on.

Go the the Active Investigations crossroads and see if you get a mission It's Happening Again.

I watched a walkthrough and went back to the midsection you're talking about where the dude on the intercom is supposed to say Dr. Hartman just went that way but he doesn't say that for me and the door stays closed.

Well, that's weird. Guess it could be nasty bug, If you have a save prior to the mission, I can try finishing it for you if you want and see if it activates for me.

Is there multiple saves? I wasn't sure if you could go back a bit or not.

Possibly going to uninstall and never play again. The quest progression bug killed the game for me I think.
