Render resolution option no higher than 1280x720?

In Settings, the list of different render resolution options goes no higher than 1280x720 (16:9), on a 1080p G-sync 240 hz screen. Is this normal, as it's supposed to be?

Can an RTX 3090 and 10900K 5.0 overclock cpu with 64 gb ram and fast SSD run Control on max settings when I use DLSS? If not, which settings are best?

You can't go higher than 1280x720 because you turned on DLSS.

That's how it works.

It renders the game at a lower resolution then uses the AI cores to clean the image after stretching it up to 1080.

who buys an RTX3090 for HD resolution anyways? That's a massive waste of money considering that they can only shine in higher resolutions
