Level 5 door in Black rock quarry

I found a level 5 door in black rock quarry, Had to jump, dodge, dodge over chasm to get there. It seems to lead to a room with a bunch of scaffolds up but they are to high to climb. Anyone know this room?

Ok, I'm assuming it's the levitate OOP. Does this apply to the upper levels of black rock quarry where there appears to be another elevator?

There are three other ways in and out of the Quarry that I can think of, other than the big shaft you come down through, and a few nooks and crannies that are easier/only accessible with Levitate. Two of the exits to other areas can only be accessed coming through the other way, though, as part of the same plot-gated path. Specifically the big sealed vault and the homemade CP you can see through the locked door on the upper outer rim of the pit.
