I'm stuck, I can't get to Black Rock Processing

Title. I met with the lady to get HRA material, and I've been directed to go to Black Rock Processing. I go to that lab, go to those stone slabs that lift up, and then nothing. I was able to air-dash to the other side, but the slabs there stayed closed. I don't have levitate yet, I don't know what else to do.

To get there you go to central maintenance, then across the firebreak into atlas chamber then black rock processing

What's the firebreak?

The Firebreak is the large empty room with the slab doors that you're having trouble crossing. Note that you shouldn't have levitate yet and don't need it for any part of this mission.

You're in roughly the right place but where you actually need to be is a platform that you can see just above the spot where you enter that Firebreak room. To get there, you need to backtrack a little and go through a nearby 'Turbine Room' which, as I recall, is signposted in the area. It shouldn't be too hard to find.

Once you've cleared the turbine room and reach that platform, you'll find another light-cord that takes you to the hotel. Finishing that hotel section will let you cross the Firebreak and continue to Black Rock Processing.
