Getting cats in Post Game

So, not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if the last 5 achievements all have to be a giant pain in the ass.

I'm now trying to get the cats in post game after completing every mission and all DLC. First one is in Chasm, I go there but can't get in, the door is red/locked, even tho I already finished the side quest relating to it.

Give up, move onto next. This one is the valve that you have to turn under Warehouse elevator. OK. Go to Warehouse, elevator isn't powered anymore, none of the power blocks are in place and the only option the elevator has is floor 1/2. Already did this quest too and unlocked all 7 floors.

WTF is going on, why is every locked as it was originally before I did the quests, since I can't do the quests, how am I supposed to unlock the doors?

EDIT:
This only seems to be an issue with Foundation DLC, all other doors and places in game are unlocked.
Also, in Foundation I can fast travel to any control point, yet when I turn around and look at the control point again, it prompts me to cleanse it, as if its been reset.
Guess this is some bug with the world state being reset, but none of the quests have.

Same here, bottom door of the warehouse is locked and switch is not possible to interract, while Pope's quest is completed. Any indeas?

I don't remember how exactly, but there is a way around it.
For the warehouse, I think I had to power up the elevator again, by activating all of the red nodes for each floor, when its fully active, you can unlock floor 0 from the elevator.

For the Chasm, where the TV quest is, there's another way into that cave, not from the main door itself, some kind of back entrance. Look for a guide online and it show you the entrances available, you also need to check the map, it can be hard to find if you don't remember the layout exactly

Can't confirm this, I found all cats today (and it was NOT fun). It all worked fine with no bugs.

I found the cat in Chasm on my first try since I play very thoroughly and check everything. I do not wanna know how annoying it would be to fumble in darkness without TV later just to get the cat you may have missed :/

I'm having the same issue right now (having already completed every mission in the game) with getting back into the basement of the Warehouse elevator in order to get the cat.

Did you already turn the wheel in the warehouse basement? It was part of that mission that took you to that location. So if that's done I think you would have turned it. So then you head back up to the outside tunnel area where there are those yellow trailer offices that are setup outside. Find the one that has a shower in it. I think you turn the shower on, and the cat will appear.
